爱沙尼亚监管机构因违反 MiCA 白皮书披露规定对 Zondacrypto 发出警告
ChainCatcher 消息，爱沙尼亚金融监督与处置局（EFSA）对 Zondacrypto 交易所运营主体 BB Trade Estonia OÜ 发出投资者警告，指其未按欧盟《加密资产市场法规》（MiCA）要求，为平台上线的 “TeamPL” 代币发布白皮书，违反 MiCA 第 9 条第 1 款关于透明度与投资者披露义务的规定。
此次警告叠加此前已曝出的提款困难及跨境调查问题，令该交易所合规压力持续升温。
