杜克大学学者：WLFI或发行未注册证券
Odaily星球日报讯 杜克大学法学院讲师 Lee Reiners 表示，与 Donald Trump 家族相关的 World Liberty Financial，其治理代币 WLFI 可能构成未注册证券。
其指出，尽管项目方将 WLFI 定义为治理代币，但从发行方式、营销及投资者获利预期来看，或符合美国 SEC 判定证券的“豪威测试”标准。
此外，WLFI 在协议尚未上线前即进行大规模预售，并借助特朗普品牌进行推广，也被认为强化了其“投资属性”。
