Grayscale 提交首个隐私币现货 ETF 申请，Multicoin Capital 披露已建仓 ZEC
ChainCatcher 消息，Grayscale 已提交 Zcash 现货 ETF 申请，将现有 Zcash 信托转换为现货产品，成为首个寻求在美国上市的隐私币 ETF。同时，Multicoin Capital 披露自 2 月起已持续建仓 ZEC，联合创始人 Tushar Jain 将投资逻辑与美国拟议的财富税立法挂钩，认为政府扩大对私人金融持仓的监控将推动对数学层面屏蔽监管的资产的结构性需求。
不过该申请也引发机构托管难题：Zcash 约 30% 的供应量位于屏蔽地址池中，为历史最高，但 ETF 托管几乎必须使用透明地址池以满足审计与余额证明要求。此前，SEC 于 2026 年 1 月结束对 Zcash 的长期审查且未采取执法行动，大幅降低了监管不确定性。
