CFTC 与 SEC 正就预测市场监管边界加强协作
ChainCatcher 消息，据 FOX 记者 Charles Gasparino 披露，美国 CFTC 与 SEC 目前在预测市场及近期涉伊朗冲突异常交易的监管边界上已步调一致。
Gasparino 指出，尽管外界认为该领域仅由 CFTC 管辖，但当预测合约在法律上可被定义为 “证券” 时，SEC 将深度介入。他还透露，除了此前已公布的案件外，监管机构未来可能会发起更多针对预测市场的执法行动。
