俄罗斯国家杜马委员会建议一读通过非法加密挖矿刑事责任法案
ChainCatcher 消息，据 Bits.media 报道，俄罗斯国家杜马国家建设和立法委员会建议一读通过政府提交的非法加密货币挖矿刑事责任法案。
该法案将在《刑法》中新增第 171.6 条“非法挖矿数字资产和挖矿基础设施运营商活动”，适用于未纳入国家登记册的挖矿行为及无证提供挖矿基础设施服务。处罚力度视犯罪严重程度而定：收入或造成损失超过 350 万卢布者，最高可罚款 150 万卢布或两年收入，或强制劳动最长两年；由有组织团伙实施或收入超过 1300 万卢布者，最高可罚款 250 万卢布或三年收入，强制劳动或监禁最长五年，并可能追加最高 40 万卢布或半年收入的罚款。所有情况均规定没收所挖加密货币。政府称目前俄罗斯约有 5 万实体从事挖矿，但仅 1489 家（609 家法人、880 家个体户）纳入国家登记册。
