韩国 FSC 正审查韩亚银行收购 Dunamu 股份是否违反监管规则
ChainCatcher 消息，据 iNews24 报道，韩国金融委员会（FSC）正在审查韩亚银行（Hana Bank）收购 Dunamu 股份是否违反“金融与虚拟资产分离”监管规则。金融委员会虚拟资产部门表示，韩亚银行通过收购 Kakao Investment 股份间接持有 Dunamu 股权，实质上是虚拟资产交易所投资，将按同一标准审视。
自 2017 年以来，韩国政府一直通过行政指导禁止金融机构持有、购买虚拟资产或进行股权投资。此次若违规，韩亚银行可能无法完成交易。未来资产咨询正推进收购 Kobit 经营权，韩国投资证券也采取谨慎态度。韩亚银行此前宣布收购 Dunamu 6.55% 股份，但未与当局进行事前协商。
目前“金融与虚拟资产分离”规定尚未成文立法，相关条款是否纳入数字资产法案尚不确定，立法讨论最快可能在 9 月国会复会后推进。
