ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，Manus 三位创始人正探讨多种方案以满足北京要求其撤销被 Meta 收购的交易，其中包括从外部投资者筹集约 10 亿美元资金，按至少不低于 Meta 当初 20 亿美元收购价的估值回购这家中国创立的 agentic AI 业务。
知情人士称，创始人可能自掏腰包补足差额，并计划与新投资方在中国设立合资公司，随后在香港申请上市。目前谈判仍处早期阶段，尚存多项障碍，包括如何从 Meta 系统中剥离已深度整合的 Manus 技术和团队，以及交易结构的具体安排等。
