Forward Industries 营收同比增长 319%，但 SOL 持仓减值拖累，季度亏损扩大
ChainCatcher 消息，Solana 财库公司 Forward Industries 公布截至 2026 年 3 月 31 日季度财报，营收同比增长 319% 至 1,300 万美元，但受加密资产公允价值下降影响，净亏损扩大至 2.831 亿美元。
公司表示，本季度增长主要来自 Solana（SOL）质押收益的提升。然而同期录得 2.017 亿美元数字资产亏损及 8,510 万美元资产减值，主要由于 SOL 价格波动导致持仓估值下降。
财报显示，该公司当季持有约 704 万枚 SOL，并通过质押获得约 20.12 万枚 SOL 奖励，几乎全部 SOL 资产均处于质押状态。Solana 在报告期内下跌约 33.7%，收于 82.44 美元。价格波动被认为是拖累财务表现的核心因素。
此外，Forward Industries 在 3 月与 Galaxy Digital 签署贷款协议，并提取首笔 4,000 万美元融资，以 fwdSOL 作为抵押，综合年化利率约 3.4%。公司称该融资用于优化流动性结构。
公司管理层表示，已通过成本削减、债务工具以及股票回购等方式调整资产负债表，以应对市场波动并提升长期价值。尽管季度亏损显著扩大，公司股价在财报公布后盘后小幅下跌，但近期仍录得月度上涨。
