高盛拿下SpaceX IPO「头把交椅」，有望分得5亿美元承销费用最大份额
BlockBeats 消息，5 月 21 日，根据 SpaceX 当地时间周三提交的招股说明书，SpaceX 已选定高盛参与此次创纪录的上市交易。这笔交易将带来可观财务收益，也有望助其在 OpenAI 和 Anthropic 等近期多宗备受瞩目的大型 IPO 中争得主承销商席位。SpaceX 的 IPO 预计将成为史上规模最大的 IPO，公司在最近一轮收购交易中的估值已达到 1.25 万亿美元。高盛将担任 IPO 招股说明书中极具分量的「左侧主承销商」席位，预计将主导最终股份分配、定价和估值，并获得最大份额的相关承销费用。Renaissance Capital 高级 IPO 策略师 Matt Kennedy 表示，执行如此规模的交易可能相当复杂，但也极其赚钱。
消息人士表示，SpaceX 的 IPO 规模预计至少将是阿里巴巴 2014 年 250 亿美元 IPO 的两倍，而后者当年向承销银行支付了 3.004 亿美元佣金，约占交易总规模的 1.2%。其他大型 IPO（例如 Meta 2012 年上市以及 Uber 2019 年上市）承销费率也略高于 1%。按同样比例计算，SpaceX IPO 产生的承销费用可能超过 5 亿美元。作为参考，高盛上一季度股票承销业务总收入为 5.35 亿美元。(金十)
