ChainCatcher 消息，Bit Digital 公布 2026 年第一季度财报。数据显示，公司一季度总营收为 2,790 万美元，较 2025 年第四季度的 3,230 万美元下降 13.6%，主要受云服务收入、ETH 质押收入及数字资产挖矿收入下滑影响。公司当季净亏损为 1.467 亿美元，较上一季度的 1.853 亿美元有所收窄，亏损主要受到数字资产非现金市值调整影响。截至 2026 年 3 月 31 日，Bit Digital 共持有约 155,444 枚 Ethereum，按当日 ETH 收盘价约 2,104 美元计算，持仓市值约为 3.27 亿美元。公司平均 ETH 持仓成本约为 3,045 美元。
为提升资金灵活性，公司在一季度将约 7 万枚 ETH 调整至流动性质押资产 LsETH，截至 4 月 30 日仍有约 60,677 枚 ETH 保持原生质押状态。业务方面，公司一季度 ETH 质押收入为 230 万美元，环比下降 29.4%；云服务收入为 1,680 万美元，环比下降 13.1%；托管服务收入增长 23.9% 至 480 万美元；数字资产挖矿收入则环比下降 32.9% 至 370 万美元。此外，公司继续通过持有 WhiteFiber 获得 AI 基础设施敞口。截至一季度末，Bit Digital 持有约 2,704 万股 WhiteFiber 股票，按当时收盘价计算对应价值约 3.22 亿美元。
