Coinbase 等美加密巨头游说放宽“小币种”上市操纵风险限制
ChainCatcher 消息，据市场消息，Coinbase、Kraken 和 Gemini 向美国参议院农业委员会提交修订意见，要求删除数字资产法案中要求交易平台仅上市 “not readily susceptible to manipulation”（不易被操纵）代币的条款。
三家公司认为，该条款将增加小市值、低流动性代币上市难度，并可能被未来 CFTC 主席作为执法工具收紧监管。当前草案拟赋予 CFTC 对比特币、以太坊等 “数字商品”现货市场更广泛权力，参议院农业委员会已按党派投票通过相关部分，后续仍将大幅修改以争取民主党支持。
