Cerebras 上市引爆 AI 资本市场，特朗普之子参投机构浮现
ChainCatcher 消息，美国 AI 芯片公司 Cerebras Systems 正式登陆纳斯达克，成为 2026 年以来全球规模最大的 IPO，募资约 55.5 亿美元，盘中一度上涨 108%，首日收盘市值达 670 亿美元。
该公司主打晶圆级巨型 AI 芯片架构，被市场视为挑战 Nvidia GPU 主导地位的重要竞争者，并已获得包括 OpenAI 等多家 AI 企业的算力订单支持。值得关注的是，在其投资人名单中出现了由 Donald Trump Jr. 参与的 1789 Capital。该机构自 2025 年以来两轮参与 Cerebras 融资，在后续融资轮中持续加码布局。
