该信息于当地时间 5 月 11 日在美国加州奥克兰联邦法院庭审中披露，相关庭审涉及 Elon Musk 对 OpenAI 和 Microsoft 提起的诉讼。Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella 在庭上表示，这笔投资“之所以效果良好，是因为我们承担了风险”。
