NEO两大创始人公开决裂：达鸿飞与张铮文互指对方独揽财权与缺乏透明度
PANews 12月31日消息，NEO两大核心创始人今日爆发公开争执，双方就项目资金控制权与治理问题激烈交锋。达鸿飞率先发难，指责联合创始人张铮文（Erik Zhang）长期个人控制绝大部分NEO/GAS资产，不仅违背了将资产移交至多签钱包的承诺，还利用资金优势独断专行，“劫持”了协议治理。达鸿飞表示，此前保持沉默是为了维护社区信心，但现在不得不公开此事，并承诺将在2026年一季度公布财务报告，誓言通过一切手段追回金库控制权。
对此，张铮文迅速做出反击，称核心问题在于财务“黑箱”。他指出，除NEO/GAS外的所有基金会资产长期由达鸿飞一人掌控，且从未向社区或第三方提供任何可审计的财务披露。张铮文强调，自己之所以坚持持有NEO/GAS，正是为了进行“最低限度的风险控制”，防止这些核心资产也被卷入达鸿飞不透明的运作结构中，否则后果将是灾难性的。
