SpaceX上市前，机构敦促SEC调查其财务状况
Odaily星球日报讯 顾问机构 SOC Investment Group 正敦促美国 SEC 在 SpaceX 上市之前调查其财务状况， 此次上市估值可能超过 2 万亿美元。该机构称，SpaceX 与马斯克旗下其他企业之间的关系令人担忧。根据一封日期为 5 月 6 日、递交给 SEC 的信函，SOC 要求 SEC 审查 SpaceX 财务披露的准确性与可靠性，并确保 SpaceX 的审计机构保持独立性。SOC 还敦促 SEC 重点审查 SpaceX 与马斯克其他公司之间交易的会计处理方式。信中写道：“我们尤其担心，SpaceX 的 IPO 将使大量投资者暴露于一家其价值可能在财务披露被独立审查和验证后出现下滑的公司。”(金十)
