Michael Saylor 呼吁股东投票推动 STRC 成为半月度分红的数字信用证券
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 17 日，Strategy 创始人兼执行主席 Michael Saylor 在 X 平台表示，永续优先股 STRC 有望成为全球 24,000 只派息证券中唯一实行“半月度分红”的证券，并呼吁股东尽快完成投票。Michael Saylor 称，该提案若获通过将创造历史，并推动建立数字信用领域的“100 美元标准”。
（注：STRC 设计初衷是把交易价格控制在 100 美元面额附近，保证能持续透过 ATM 市价增发模式筹集资金）
