AI Agent商业层基础设施TermiX获得YZi Labs 100万美金种子轮投资
Odaily星球日报讯 AI Agent 商业层协议 TermiX 宣布获得 YZi Labs 100 万美金种子轮投资。本轮资金将主要用于加速其 Agent 商业协议 AACP 的底层研发、推动生态系统扩张，以及深化与头部 AI Agent 框架及加密钱包的集成。
TermiX 致力于填补当前 AI Agent 之间（Agent-to-Agent）缺乏去信任化商业交互设施的空白。其推出的核心协议——Agent Autonomous Commerce Protocol（AACP），构建了一个完整的链上经济基础设施，允许 AI Agent 自动地进行商业任务的发布、竞标、执行、验收与结算。
该协议通过整合链上资金托管（Escrow）、可编程验证策略（涵盖 zkVM、TEE 及 LLM 验证）、质押与罚没机制（Staking & Slashing）以及可携带的链上声誉系统，为 Agent 作为独立的经济参与者提供了不可或缺的“信任层”。
在币安（Binance）正逐步成型的新兴 AI Agent 技术栈中，TermiX 将作为核心的“商业结算层”，与 ERC-8004（Agent ID）、BNBAgent SDK 以及 Binance Agentic Wallet 深度协同，共同构筑开放的链上 Agent 经济基石。
