币界网消息，美国国务卿鲁比奥周四向记者表示，如果德黑兰方面在霍尔木兹海峡实施收费制度，美国与伊朗之间的外交协议将难以达成。他指出：“全世界没有人支持这种收费制度。这绝不可以发生。这是不可接受的。如果他们继续推行这一做法，将使达成外交协议变得不可行。因此，如果他们试图这样做，这将对世界构成威胁，且完全是非法的。”鲁比奥还透露，在与德黑兰就结束美以对伊战争的谈判中已取得一些进展，但华盛顿方面正面对“一个本身有些支离破碎的体系”。他表示：“有一些积极的迹象，我不想过于乐观……所以，让我们看看未来几天会发生什么。”
