花旗：油价将持续剧烈波动，等待美伊协议明朗
Odaily星球日报讯 花旗集团全球大宗商品研究主管 Max Layton 表示，在伊朗与特朗普是否能够达成协议的问题明朗之前，油价将继续剧烈波动。“很难预测伊朗是否会达成协议，在这种你根本不知道是否会达成协议的环境下，市场必然会受到新闻驱动，并出现剧烈波动。”周四原油连续第三个交易日下跌，Layton 表示，本轮下跌部分源于“市场希望双方能够展开协议谈判”。
不过中东地区实物原油市场压力依然存在。交易员称，位于霍尔木兹海峡外、阿曼一处关键原油装载终端 4 月出现装船延误，扰乱了运输计划，并可能推迟向买家交付货物。Layton 表示，过去 12 个月全球实物原油市场已累积约 7 亿至 8 亿桶“相当可观的缓冲库存”，“我们正在快速消耗这些库存，”他说，但其影响将会“在更长时间内逐步体现”。他补充称，在真正下调油价预测前，他需要看到伊朗是否已准备好认真与美国达成协议。
上个月，在第二轮美伊和平谈判未能举行后，花旗将布伦特原油基准价格预测上调 15 美元至 110 美元/桶，并将霍尔木兹海峡恢复开放的基准预期时间从 4 月中下旬推迟至 5 月底。(金十)
