韩国金融委员会将于 7 月公布代币证券详细规则，拟允许多资产打包发行
ChainCatcher 消息，据 Money Today 报道，韩国金融委员会将于 7 月公布代币证券详细规则，为明年 2 月实施做准备。该国金融当局将允许将多种基础资产打包发行碎片化投资证券，并制定股票、债券等传统证券的代币化路线图。
金融委员会表示，此前禁止将基础资产打包发行碎片化证券，现拟在一定范围内允许同类资产打包。金融委员会强调市场秩序和投资者保护是基本前提，但不会以监管为主。零散投资证券发行平台的年度投资限额为 1000 万至 2000 万韩元，众筹为每只 500 万韩元、合计 1000 万韩元。非上市股票场外交易所年度卖出限额为 3 亿韩元，投资合约证券场外交易所为 4000 万韩元。
