FTX受害者起诉律所Fenwick & West，索赔5.25亿美元
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 16 日，据 Bloomberg Law 报道，一批在 FTX 交易所倒闭中损失毕生积蓄的受害者，于 5月 14 日对硅谷律所 Fenwick & West LLP 提起诉讼，索赔金额达 5.25 亿美元。原告指控该律所作为 FTX 多年来的主要外部法律顾问，明知 FTX 违反受托责任、挪用数十亿美元客户资产，仍协助设立空壳公司并实施通讯管控以掩盖相关证据。FTX 创始人 Sam Bankman-Fried 已于 2022 年交易所崩溃后被捕，并以 7 项欺诈及洗钱罪名被定罪，判处 25 年有期徒刑。
