谷歌与黑石联手创建 AI 云公司，对标 CoreWeave
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 19 日，据《华尔街日报》报道，Alphabet 旗下谷歌与黑石集团（Blackstone）计划共同创建一家人工智能云公司，以谷歌专用芯片为核心，直接对标 CoreWeave 等竞争对手。黑石将投入 50 亿美元股权资本，并持有该公司多数股权。该交易已于当地时间周一正式宣布，新公司名称暂未披露。
