陈茂波说，这种“AI+制造+金融”的三重优势，让香港在“十五五”时期发挥两大功能：产业协同与规则衔接，包括作为新兴产业落地湾区的“国际接口”，以及国家标准与国际标准相互参照的“交流与转换平台”。
